Team Tough The Movie is the real life under dog story of a Memphis inner city basketball team.  Started by a music producer, this team is far from perfect, but the story is real.  The young men are student-athletes, that did not make their school basketball team, but would not quit working in the gym on the craft of basketball.  They played over 60 games during the filming of this documentary.  

The Team Tough movie features live game footage.  Locker room and behind the scenes access.  Produced and shot by Marcus Hunter of GAMME (who is credited with the first interview of break out Memphis rapper turned actor “Lil P-Nut” from Ice Cube and Kevin Hart’s “Ride Along”).  Marcus dives into the world of Team Tough and introduces the high school players to watch that are under the radar.  The music featured in this marriage of basketball and the music industry is a new group of artist from underground Memphis.  Most notably independent artist “Momma’s Fat Boi” who sure to satisfy the most devout hip hop fan.
