Despite setting an August 30 release date, the anticipated new mixtape from Lil Wayne, Dedication 5, has been pushed back.

In a post on YoungMoney.com, the company revealed that the DJ Drama-hosted project will be delayed until an unspecified time.

“The release of Dedication 5 has been temporarily postponed for a short period while Wayne puts finishing touches on it — including another new song. Stay tuned for an update,” the post reads.

Young Money president Mack Maine said the wait would not be too long. “Delayed for a few hours not days and weeks,” he tweeted.
